XSPOTのランニングイベントに参加しました。
キツイトレーニングは、一人ではできないので有意義でした。
最初、フォームの確認 走るときにももを上げすぎている、上げるのではなく前に出すようにと指摘されました。
無駄なエネルギーを使っていた様です。
1kmタイムトライアル ５本
3.6kmペース送 ２本
だけと思ったら
最後に 100m全力３本でした。
これは、予想外
疲れた。
ゼリー飲料、アミノ酸、プロテインが出ました。
